FAQs
HOW DO I REMOVE MY LASHES?
To remove your lashes, use an oil-based cleanser or makeup remover to help break down the bond. We recommend soaking your eye with water and using a cotton pad with your chosen oily cleanser and gently holding it over the eye for around 30 seconds to loosen the adhesive.
Once the bond has softened, carefully peel away the lashes gently from the lash line. This removal method is designed to be gentle on your natural lashes when done correctly.

Yes, our lashes can be worn overnight, if your wearing mascara underneath them and you’re happy to
keep it on, then your lashes will hold up as you sleep, just make sure you avoid pressing your
eyes/face into your pillow, as this can sometimes cause them to slip, if one does come loose
overnight, as long as they are free from any dust/dirt, and still feel sticky, they can be applied the next
morning! to keep them feeling comfy, always make sure that they are placed 1mm from the wet line,
this will ensure longevity and keep them looking super seamless and natural! our clear bond lashes

Why can’t i get them to stick?
We are sorry that you’re facing issues when applying Bonded, we want you to master application and
lash longevity. As our lashes are made for long and secure wear, there are a few reasons why your
bonded lashes may not be adhering as well as they should be, one of the big reasons is oil, oil of any
kind present in the eye/lash line area can combat our pre-bond, bonded lashes rely on a clean, oil-
free lash line to adhere properly. Oils are the number one reason lashes may not stick, lift early, or
come away after a few hours. Oil can come from many places: eye creams, facial serums, facial
sprays, dry-eye drops, lash serums, or even your own natural skin oils. If any oil is present on the
lash line, it can prevent the bond from activating fully, making the lash harder to grip and reducing
wear time.
For best results, we recommend keeping the eye area completely free from oils before application
(this includes skincare and cosmetic treatments around the eyes). A helpful tip is to apply a light slick
of mascara first and allow it to fully dry before applying your bonded lashes - this acts as a neutraliser
for any residual oils and gives the bond something clean to adhere to. When the lash line is oil-free,
Bonded lashes adhere far more easily and can stay on comfortably for much longer.

Why can’t i master application?
Bonded lashes are designed to be applied underneath your natural lashes, not on top. This is because the pre-bond is printed on the top of the lash, when you press the lash into the underside of your natural lashes, it grabs onto them and creates a seamless, comfortable hold that feels almost weightless. The lash should sit about 1mm away from the wet line to avoid irritation and to keep the wear comfortable.
Once you’ve placed the lash where you want it, gently pinch it into your natural lashes to help it melt into the lash line and stay secure. When removing lashes from the tray, hold your tweezers like a pencil and grip the lash at the base (where the bond is) to avoid tearing the band, and then peel the lash off of the tweezers gently with your fingers, and grab the tips of the lash again with your non stick tweezers, An up-close mirror held underneath the eye can really help with visibility, or gently lifting thebrow bone with your finger to expose the lash line. The key is to mimic the look of your own lashes - space clusters slightly apart rather than stacking them, and if you’re applying the Wing lash, avoid placing it too close to the outer corner. If the eye looks droopy, try positioning it further into the outer third of the eye to create that lifted effect bonded is known for.
